Anna and Krzysztof Paszkowscy-Thurow are architects and the founders of ANNA THUROW Architecture and interiors, a studio based in Szczecin. Their work encompasses residential architecture and bespoke interiors, developed through a comprehensive design process – from initial concept to construction supervision and custom-designed elements.

Both architects graduated from Polish and Danish architectural schools and began their careers in Denmark, where they spent several years working in architectural offices. This experience shaped their understanding of architecture and interiors as a unique, interconnected discipline, where functionality, materiality, light, craftsmanship, and the everyday use of space are inseparable parts of the design process.

Primarily operating within a residential context, they develop projects that respond to the individuality of the place and the user, rather than predefined stylistic formulas. Their work is characterised by restraint, a careful dedication to proportions and details, and a close integration of architecture, interior design, art, and bespoke elements into coherent living environments. In addition to their design work, both architects have been engaged at the Academy of Art in Szczecin as lecturers and researchers. By sharing their knowledge with future generations of designers, they maintain a close dialogue between education, research, and professional practice.
