The multidisciplinary team is led by Dr Ching-I “Genny” Lai, Assistant Professor of Fashion Design at Shih Chien University and founder of MiiTA. Her work focuses on social innovation in healthcare, and the project is being developed under the mentorship of Professor Ray-E Chang of NTU and with the endorsement of Chia-Yi Christian Hospital.

Dr Lai is responsible for project coordination, research and the development of 3D digital patterns, as well as presenting the project in Europe. The four-member delegation also includes Li-Jung Huang, an operations and risk management consultant and Head of the ESG Section at Mackay Memorial Hospital. Her work covers clinical infection control assessment, administrative compliance and risks related to medical disputes.

Ciao-Wun Yan is a curator specialising in green fashion and sustainability. She is responsible for developing a low-carbon, zero-waste exhibition display and for managing textile circularity in accordance with European Union regulations. Yun-Pien Lee is an international business, finance and audit consultant who oversees cross-border financial compliance, intellectual property agreements and the delegation’s travel budget.

The team combines fashion design with clinical, ESG, financial and legal expertise required for the development and international presentation of the project.
