The Moontop rebranding project was developed for a new stage in the platform’s growth, following its initial start-up phase and an existing visual solution. The task was to define the brand strategy and create a verbal and visual identity that would communicate its role more clearly: making employee benefits simple, flexible and centred on people.

The redesign builds on the name Moontop, which evokes the Moon, a broader horizon and a new perspective on employee benefits. This narrative informed the central message: “One platform. A whole universe of benefits.”

The wordmark subtly translates this idea through references to lunar phases and cycles, while the identity is primarily carried by a modular graphic system inspired by a universe of benefits. An abstract graphic code, colour system and flexible visual elements allow the identity to adapt to different benefit categories, communication channels and digital formats.

The project also included a complete redesign of the digital interface and application, connecting strategy, communication and user experience within a unified system.
