The “Plio” project is a concept for adaptable furniture designed for efficient production, straightforward assembly and transport. The clear symmetry of its folded components gives the table a contemporary industrial character, while galvanised countersunk screws connect the six aluminium elements and serve as subtle detailing.

All components are cut from a single sheet of metal, then folded and fastened together. This process simplifies production while reducing both material use and manufacturing time. When assembled, the table is strong and durable; when dismantled, it can be stored compactly and transported with ease.

Made entirely from aluminium, “Plio” is long-lasting and fully recyclable. The same construction principle could be used to expand the collection with a bench or small stool.
